Caitlin and Kyle, I am so happy for you! I think one of the best feelings in the whole world is when the person you love the most reassures that love with a beautiful diamond ring and a trail of beautiful words. I know when Kyle popped the question Caitlin was the happiest girl in the world and that’s all you could hope for in a relationship! Once he says the words “Will you marry me?” the whole world begins to make sense. Caitlin and Kyle, I am so glad you found this feeling in one another; it was so apparent during their Gateway Trailhead engagement session that these two were a match made in heaven. Those smiles never faded for a second and every pose felt so natural between the two of them. What a beautiful photoshoot on such a beautiful day!

Gateway Trailhead Engagement Session

Caitlin and Kyle chose the Gateway Trailhead located in Scottsdale, Arizona to capture this special moment. The landscape is primarily mountains, but of course, with any Arizona landscape, there were plenty of cacti to go around as well. At this location, shrubbery covers the sloped grounds and red and brown rocks are in abundance. The sun’s reflection gave this whole area a yellow glow with a light tint. Caitlin and Kyle’s darker outfit choices brought them to the forefront of the photos, contrasting the light neutrals in the backdrop. Their huge smiles and radiating love brightens up these pictures even more! I know their wedding photos will be just as beautiful, if not more so!
