I am so excited to share the story of Karen and Kyle’s intimate Scottsdale wedding! As the Client Relationship Coordinator, I had the pleasure of getting to know this amazing couple. Helping them with their perfect day.

From the moment I spoke with Karen and Kyle, I could tell they had a special connection. They chose the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona, for their ceremony and reception, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel’s classic, chic feel and midcentury modern decor created the ideal backdrop for their wedding day.

Intimate Modern Wedding

Karen and Kyle wanted their wedding to be intimate, fun, and modern, and they nailed it! The garden area between the Sands Room and the rest of the hotel was stunning. With its lush greenery and elegant setup, it was the perfect spot for their first photos as husband and wife. A moment they were most looking forward to.

The couple put so much thought into every detail, from the decor to the food. The midcentury modern theme was inspired by the unique style of Hotel Valley Ho, and it brought a chic, timeless vibe to the celebration. The beautiful setting and delicious cuisine was truly stunning making the night truly unforgettable.

One of the highlights of the evening was Karen and Kyle’s first dance. They wanted this moment to wow their guests, and it did! The love and joy they shared on the dance floor were contagious, and everyone could feel the magic in the air.
