The decision to host their wedding at Katie’s family home added a beautiful personal touch to the day. Katie’s parents took the opportunity to spruce up their spacious landscaping space, turning it into a breathtaking setting for the ceremony. Their efforts perfectly complemented the couple’s vision for their big day. They worked so hard on it and I know Katie and Cody are extremely grateful!
The overcast day gave off some sprinkles through the day. A warm glow was cast over the ceremony as the late afternoon set in. Katie & Cody exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by twinkle lights that added a touch of magic to the moment.
But what truly made Katie & Cody’s wedding stand out was their non-traditional approach to the celebrations. Rather than sticking to the usual reception activities, they opted for a more relaxed vibe, choosing to kick back and enjoy social hour and dinner at The Yard. It was a refreshing twist that perfectly suited their personalities and made for an unforgettable celebration.
