How they Met
Today we have another blind date that turned into love and a wedding… all due to 2 people and dog!!! Katie’s dog, Charlie, was only a puppy when she met Tommy’s friend Nolan and (now) fiancé Cassi. They lived in the same apartment complex as Katie did and the dogs often played together. Out of nowhere one night, Nolan asked if Katie was interested in going on a double date with him and Cassi. This was just 2 days before Valentine’s Day and she figured she had nothing to lose. She knew the second Tommy walked into the room in his black cowboy boots and blue button down shirt that this would be more than a one time thing… Three years later Tommy wore that same blue button down shirt and the same black boots the night he proposed to Katie. She often joked with her mom about finding a cowboy and falling in love. She just never thought in a million years she would find her cowboy here in Arizona.
Their McCormick Scottsdale Wedding
With several days of rainy days leading up to their wedding day, the sun came out for Katie and Tommy creating an absolutely beautiful, cool Arizona day. As Katie was having her hair and make up done with her bridesmaids, the sun was shinning thru the bridal suite, preparing for the ceremony at Our Lady of Perpetual Help… she was preparing to marry the man of her dreams! One that would care for her and be her rock thru the tough times. The one she would laugh with and the one who would be her greatest encourager and support! The breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain and McCormick Ranch Golf Club as well as the dock at the McCormick Scottsdale created the perfect setting for these two to celebrate their marriage and take their wedding photos! Congratulations Katie & Tommy, thank you for allowing my team to be part of your day!!
