St. Francis Xavier Wedding

Kelli and Matt’s Wedding day started off with a stunning church ceremony. Many Arizona wedding ceremonies tend to be outside due to the beautiful weather, but the Modean’s wedding took a different, but equally beautiful approach. The two escaped the Arizona heat at St. Francis Xavier Parish located in Phoenix, AZ for their ceremony. The ceilings were sky high and draped with gold and white fabric to create an elegant atmosphere. Accents colors of pastel blue and green complimented Kelli’s white dress and Matt’s deep blue suit. They stood out against the simple backdrop for this Xavier wedding… a Phoenix wedding photographers DREAM. They were no doubt the center of attention. Their traditional Catholic ceremony was the perfect way for this couple to tie the knot. Afterwards, they pranced down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Modean ready to conquer the world together!

Secret Garden Reception

Kelli and Matt were blessed with a clear, sunny Arizona day for their wedding. Therefore, the reception was lovely. I had the opportunity to photograph the two in the stunning Secret Garden landscape before their reception. Hence, the two have a gallery full of dazzling couple photos in front of all the impressive pictures spots the Secret Garden has to offer. They have fountains, palm trees, twinkling lights, white walls, and perfectly green turf making every picture a stunner. The reception was held in the Secret Garden’s main ballroom. Hence, natural light filled the dance floor giving the reception a light, airy feel. Their color scheme complimented the ambiance, bringing in gold and pastels. Likewise, the simple tableware and decor left the new Mr. and Mrs. as the wedding’s focal point. Although daytime weddings aren’t the most popular choice, it was the ideal choice to compliment this couple’s positive energy!
