The Process, Details & FAQ's
What’s the process?
Well, at this point we’ve already received your contract from the staff at Villa Siena and we are confirming the contract details with you. Once you confirm we have the correct information, you’ll get a Discovery Questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us to determine the best photographer for the two of you and make the assignment. Next you’ll receive an introduction to your photographer so you can get an engagement session scheduled if you’d like to add that to your package. We will then send you a suggested timeline for the day and make adjustments as necessary. Once we get closer to the wedding day, there will be another questionnaire so you can let us know about your bridal party and family members.
Who will my photographer be?
At Leslie Ann Photography, we have several photographers who specialize in wedding photography at Villa Siena. They are each extremely talented in the way they capture weddings and have been mentored by myself (Leslie) to ensure your experience & final collection of images is what you would expect from Leslie Ann Photography. Once we receive the contract from Villa Siena for your wedding, we will collect some details from you in order to select the right photographer for your wedding.
Who is my main point of contact?
To ensure consistency the majority of the emails and communication will come from our Photography Coordinator Team. We will be working with you and your planner to make sure the ceremony time & photography schedule are set so that you have the best light available for your photos. We will also be sending details and tips that will help you have the best experience possible!
How many images will I receive?
This varies based on how many photographers you have and the duration of the photography coverage in addition to family & bridal party sizes. The minimum you will receive is 50 images per hour of coverage with one photographer and 75 images per hour with two photographers.
How long does it take to get my images?
The engagement session will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session date and the wedding images are delivered within 6-7 weeks after your wedding date. We will have some images out on the blog before the full gallery is ready.
What are the details on the engagement session?
We are always so excited when our couples choose to do an engagement session with us. It helps us to get to know you, making you more comfortable on the wedding day which allows us to provide more variety because you know the poses and how we communicate with you.
The engagement session will last an hour at the location of your choice (within 30 miles from Villa Siena). We encourage you to have 2 outfits, one being a bit casual and the other being a little dressier.
The engagement session does include the digital files with a full print release and will be delivered electronically using our online gallery.
How will my images be delivered to me?
The images are delivered using an online gallery which allows us to easily share your images with you, your family and friends. You'll be able to download the complete collection of images all at once or one at a time!

Keep in mind the schedule will change based on the ceremony time. Creating your schedule is an art in itself and several key factors need to be considered when putting together the schedule. Those being:
- First look or not
- Your arrival time to Villa Siena
- Sunset time.
We are happy to help you find your sunset time but you can also use the link below to find the sunset time for your wedding. It can get confusing and we'd be happy to help you with setting your ceremony time and schedule.
