How they Met

Who knew working for the Red Sox’ would be the beginning of such an modern fairy-tale love story?!?! Will was the 3rd baseman for the Boston Red Sox’ and Jenny was a sideline reporter so naturally their paths would cross. Neither really expected to fall in love but that’s exactly what happened!! After the Red Sox’ won the 2013 World Series, Jenny switched over to covering football for CBS so the two could move forward with their relationship!! And I  am so happy they did because they are just too cute together and their love is reflected in every gaze they shared! Their smiles are so contagious and made the desert at DC Ranch shine even brighter!! So excited for their wedding next year!

The Proposal

If you follow baseball at all, you know that the players really don’t have many days where they aren’t either playing or on the road so Will decided that the All Star break would be the perfect time to propose… He planned an unforgettable day that included the proposal and gorgeous ring on the Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island. After that they were “going for dinner”. Once they arrived at Bowen’s Wharf, Jenny walked in to the restaurant to find Will had made arrangements for their family and some of her friends to come in to celebrate with them from all over the country!!! She loved all of Will’s planning so much that when they rescued their pup later that fall they named him Bowen, after the wharf where they celebrated.

DC Ranch Engagement Session

Will & Jenny, I had such a great time walking the desert at DC Ranch, chatting it up about family and life with you guys and most of all hearing your story!! I love your hearts for each other and I am so excited for you guys and can’t wait for the wedding!! I’m also happy you’re kinda my neighbors too ;) Big Hugs!!
