I’ve truly been along for the whole ride with this couple! If you recall, I did a blog post a few months back documenting their beautiful engagement photos at the Wright House. I can’t believe the day has finally arrived for these two to officially tie the knot at their lavender wedding! Most couples stick to very simple, toned down colors for their wedding such as pastel greens and pinks, and lots of white. Katie really made this day special by implementing the color purple. She had a handkerchief sewn into the lining of her dress that belonged to her grandmother. They were very close and shared a lot in common, even the red hair! Her and her grandmother both adored the color purple, making this vibrant accent color represent their beautiful relationship. How special! I love to see couple’s integrate special moments and people into their wedding days. It makes the day all the more special!
This stunning venue will never get old, no matter how many couples chose it as their wedding spot! Villa Siena is unique with it’s Tuscan style buildings and elegant details, such as the fountain in the ceremony courtyard and the wrap around paved driveway out front. If you play your cards right, this venue can make your wedding feel like an Italian destination wedding! As a result, this venue is picked by many, yet it never loses the “wow” factor. The lavender wedding accents only emphasized the inherent beauty of this location. Katie and Anthony integrated some Jewish traditions into their wedding reigning in even more excitement! In the last few moments of the ceremony, Anthony stomped on a glass in a cloth bag representing that as the glass shatters, their marriage shall never break. It’s so great to see couple’s mix their faith with this special day to make their love even stronger! Congratulations to Katie and Anthony for both a fun wedding and an unwavering love!
