Margie and Chris are happily in love and now happily engaged! I love the sparkle in their eyes when they see one another. It is undeniably true love. Every second they are together, they are smiling. What more could you ask for in a forever partner! Together they decided to venture to the great outdoors of Flagstaff, Arizona for a mountain engagement session. It made for some very special photos of Margie and Chris.

A Trip for Mountain Engagement

For their engagement session, we took a trip up north to an area in Northern Arizona called Flagstaff. Flagstaff is a cute, little town that breaks every Arizona stereotype known to man. The famous “dry” Arizona heat is nonexistent here. Many people are unaware of the many different landscapes within Arizona, but it isn’t all just desert and Flagstaff proves it! In Northern Arizona, the land is covered with mountains and trees. They even get snow up there in the winter, and a lot of it. The great Aspen trees in the background are in abundance in Flagstaff. They are still breathtaking every time I see them! These trees are found in the mountains, particularly the areas just north of Snowbowl in Flagstaff. Rather than sand, the grounds are covered in flora and fauna. For example, the tall grasses and the beautiful colorful fallen leaves of autumn envelope the floor.
