Red Rock Engagement Session

This red rock session was quite special to me. You see this beautiful girl is my cousin… one I would baby sit when she was just born and one whose family I lived with my first year of college. Although she was only 4 years old then… her, her sisters and I shared some good times! Including my boyfriend (now husband) making Jasmine and Aladdin costumes for ourselves, getting Christina and her 2 sisters all dressed up and taking them trick-or-treating. Then when my kids were little, Christina & Jon would baby sit for me and take my kids to do cool things. So amazing how family works.

I believe it was Christina’s freshman year in high school when SHE asked HIM out and they’ve been together ever since… that’s 8 years friends. And these two are true High School Sweethearts!! They have been engaged for the past 3 years and are ready to set the date now that the end of college is in sight. I am so happy for these two. I did meet a new side of Jon during this session and that was his FUNNY side!!! I had no idea he was so chatty and hilarious. They are just perfect for each other and I am so glad God brought them together when He did. I’ve been waiting for this session to get schedule for some time now and let me tell you it was worth the wait! The time I was able to spend with these two on this amazing sunny day in Sedona in the Red Rock area, couldn’t have been more perfect! Although I could have done without all the little stickers getting stuck to my shoes, oh well, again so worth it!! Jon & Christina, I love you two and can’t wait for the wedding!! Bug Hugs!
