Soft Green and Blush Secret Garden Shoot

I am so excite to finally be able to share this styled shoot at the Secret Garden. This shoot was absolutely amazing, I am so thankful to all the wonderful vendors that participated in creating this setting! I mean they went above and beyond to make it happen!!! And honestly, I have a completely new respect for all the wedding planners after arranging so much of this with Emily from Your Heart’s Desire. It was seriously way harder than I thought it would be!

The Secret Garden’s Elegant Outdoor Dinning

From Emily: In designing this shoot, we really wanted to focus on the juxtaposition of the venue’s casual outdoor setting and the elegance of fine dining. We started with a soft green textured linen set atop a long table, and added Tuscan cafe chairs with a rustic whitewash finish. We hand-selected an eclectic mix of creamy white containers and had them filled with an array of romantic floral in shades of blush and coral along with a variety of foliage including dusty miller, queen anne’s lace, and seeded eucalyptus to enhance the whimsical garden ambiance. We then selected a lovely dinnerware set with scalloped edges and added stunning menus boasting beautiful watercolor flowers, both of which enhanced the softness of the overall design. Finally, we selected gold-rimmed glassware and ornate gold flatware, which was the perfect finishing touch of elegance. All of the additional details, including an ombre ruffled cake, hand-painted macaroons, and a blush signature cocktail accented with a spring of rosemary, came together perfectly in a cohesive look that really brought the natural beauty of the venue to life.
